Cancellations & Missed Appointments:
At Salon La Moda each client’s appointment is important to us. We strive to give your service the time and attention it deserves. Please understand that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that the stylist has reserved time in their schedule for you. We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that may prevent you from keeping your appointment. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellation made after the 48-hour required cancellation period will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments with no courtesy call are subject to a charge for the full amount of service. The salon offers email and text reminders for your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylist’s schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This 48-hour courtesy notice enables us to schedule other clients, and in turn, maintains the availability of services for you and other clients.
Late arrival to your appointment may result in altering your service to the time it was scheduled for.
La Moda does not issue refunds on salon services. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will make every effort for an adjustment. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service. We have a no-refund policy on all services.
Our team strives to choose the best products for you. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, you may return the product within 7 days, and we will be happy to offer an exchange. We are unable to offer any refund on products that are opened and have been used.
Payment Types & Gratuity
We offer several forms of payment. Cash, credit, debit, & Apple Pay. Please note that credit cards will incur a 2% fee added to your service. Gratuities may not be added to credit card payments. You may tip your stylist directly with cash, check or venmo.
